Restore & Protect Your Concrete
When concrete isn’t sealed and it’s constantly exposed to the elements, it can be very hard to maintain and keep clean. This usually results in excessive power washing which slowly breaks down the top layer, exposing the aggregate, and making it progressively harder to maintain. Whether you have a concrete driveway, patio, sidewalk, or stamped concrete, it is important to seal it so that water isn’t penetrating the surface and dirt isn’t collecting in the pores of the concrete.
For most exterior concrete we start by power washing and cleaning the surface thoroughly and addressing any stains in the surface. We come back the following day once the surface is dry to apply a penetrating or topical sealer, which comes in a variety of different finishes and sheens.
If concrete repairs are needed, we can address any cracks, spalls, or pitting in the concrete as well. If a uniform finish is desired following the repairs, we can apply a microcement or concrete overlay to the area for the desired aesthetic.
