Absolutely phenomenal. I completed an online quote request and Chad came by later that same day. He was efficient and honest, his pricing is also posted on every IG post, which I told him I liked that customers didn’t have to beg to see project costs. Before leaving to create the estimate Chad told me “We’re owner operated, so I’ll be the one showing up to do the work.” That sealed it for me, as I cannot stand having some unknown subcontractor show up to complete work when I built rapport with someone else.

Chad showed up on the date scheduled and treated my garage like it was his own. This is major leagues compared to any DIY product. The floor looks amazing.

Chad, Ian, and the crew were true professionals from start to finish. I was able to book a date and time that worked with my schedule. They were able to get the job done that day and we were absolutely blown away by the results. Would 1000% recommend as it has completely transformed the space. Looking forward to being able to utilize this additional space!

It was a pleasure to work with this team. From the bid to project completion all the communication was great. The owner gave clear and accurate reccomendations without pressuring the sale. The crew had a high attention to detail. Very happy with the job.

I was impressed with both the price as well as the workmanship. I received estimates from several companies and this one was the best price for what I wanted. They did my basement floor and it came out better than expected. Chad and his workers were professional and once the job completed Chad followed up to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction, I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for coating their garage, business or basement

Chad and his team are absolutely amazing! They transformed our garage into something we never thought possible. The entire process was a breeze, and we’re so happy we chose Hardshell Coatings. Their flexibility with scheduling was a lifesaver.

We made the mistake of trying a cheaper option with painters first, and it was a total disaster. Don't waste your time or money – Hardshell Coatings is worth every penny! Their expertise and quality are unmatched. We couldn’t be happier with the results.

What a great decision to call Hardshell Coatings to coat my patio! Chad, the owner, represents his company well and clearly explained each step of the process. Kwame did the work on my patio and worked carefully, diligently and professionally and the final result is better than I expected. Kwame went over and above expectations because he wanted me to be happy with the final result. And I am!
